We currently ship to the U.S. only via USPS or UPS, depending on weight and destination. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. The standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $7.95. Orders will usually arrive between 2-9 days once shipped. Allow additional transit time for orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. A shipping confirmation will be sent via e-mail with tracking information.
Local customers may choose to pick up online orders in Santa Cruz, California. (This is not a retail sales location). Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing an online purchase for information on picking up an online order and waiving the shipping fee.
Returns will be accepted within 21 days for unopened, unused products. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss return options. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Sample sizes, sets, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep all of the original packaging and broken products and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages once the order has been registered as delivered. If your order is missing, contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue with the carrier to attempt to track the package. At times, USPS will indicate a delivery has been made even if the item is still out for delivery. It will usually arrive the next business day.
